Under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the Clerk of the District Court in and for the said County of Leavenworth, State of Kansas, in a certain cause in said Court Numbered 09cv481, wherein the parties above named were respectively plaintiff and defendant, and to me, the undersigned Sheriff of said County, directed, I will offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand at 10:00 AM, on 11/05/2009, The Justice Center on the 2nd Floor Lobby (street level), 601 S. 3rd Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048, the following described real estate located in the County of Leavenworth, State of Kansas, to wit:

THE WEST 15 ACRES OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 11, RANGE 21, EXCEPTING THEREFROM ALL THAT PART IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER THEREOF LYING ACROSS THE CREEK, ALSO LESS ANY PART THEREOF TAKEN OR USED FOR ROAD PURPOSES.
