By virtue of an Order of Sale issued to me out of the said District Court in the above-entitled action, I will on Thursday, the 24th day of July, 2008 at 10:00 am of said date at the Justice Center on the 2nd floor lobby in Leavenworth County, Kansas, in the City of Leavenworth, Kansas, offer at public sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand, the following described real property, to-wit:

The North 80 feet of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 9, in Clark and Rees' addition to the City of Leavenworth, Leavenworth County, Kansas.

more correctly referred to as:

The North 80 feet of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 9, in CLARK AND REES' ADDITION to the City of Leavenworth, Leavenworth County, Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof.

The above-described real estate is taken as the property of the defendants Jason M. Schofield and Andrea L. Schofield, et al. and is directed by said Order of Sale to be sold, and will be sold without appraisement to satisfy said Order of Sale.
