Under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued to me by the Clerk of the District Court of Leavenworth County, Kansas, the undersigned Sheriff of Leavenworth County, Kansas, will offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the Justice Center, 2nd Floor Lobby at Leavenworth, Leavenworth County, Kansas, on July 24, 2008, at 10:00 AM, the following real estate:

A tract in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 11, Township 8, Range 21, described as follows: Lying South of the center of the right of way of the Union Pacific Railroad Company, formerly the Leavenworth Kansas and Western Railroad Company and beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 11; thence East 208.72 feet; thence North 208.72 feet; thence West 208.72 feet; thence South 208.72 feet to the beginning, less any part thereof, taken or used for road purposes, and less any part now or formerly used for railroad, in Leavenworth County, Kansas, commonly known as 19988 Seven Sisters Road, Leavenworth, KS 66048 (the "Property")
