Bank, praying to foreclose
on the tract of real estate
described as follows for
the purpose of obtaining
good title of said tract of
real estate:

Beginning at a point 245
feet South of the Northeast
corner of Block 3, Earl's Addition to the City of Lawrence; thence West 117
feet; thence North to a
point 130 feet South of the
North line of Block 3, in
Earl's Addition; thence East
117 feet to the East line of
said Block 3; thence South
115 feet to the point of beginning, in Douglas County,
Kansas (commonly known
as 1119 Oregon Street, Lawrence, Kansas, 66044).

You are hereby required to
plead to said Petition on or
before April 29, 2013, in said
Court at Lawrence, Douglas
County, Kansas. Should
you fail therein, judgment
