Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Request for Order of Sale of Real Property
and an Order of Sale issued
and directed out of the District Court of Douglas

to a judgment and decree
rendered in the above captioned action on the 15th
day of January, 2013, in an
action then and now pending, I will, on March 28,
2013, at 10:00 a.m. of said
date, offer for sale and sell
at public auction to the

227-229, in the records of
the Register of Deeds of
Douglas County, Kansas, in
the City of Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas, together with an undivided
4.95 % interest of the Common Area of Delaware
Street Commons, as shown
in Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Dedication and of
Condominium Ownership
for Delaware Street Commons recorded in the office
of the Register of Deeds of
Douglas County, Kansas, in
Book 1023, Page 3752 and
First Amendment recorded
in Book 1024 and Page 3820,

commonly known as 1220
Delaware Street, Unit #9,
Lawrence, KS 66044,

and the proceeds arising
from said sale be disbursed
in accordance with the
orders of the court. The
Mortgaged Property is to
be sold as a single parcel.
The redemption period for
the Mortgaged Property is
