66044, offer for sale at public auction and sell to the
highest bidder, for cash in
hand, all the right, title and
interest of the Defendants
above named, in and to the
following described real
property situated in the
County of Douglas, State of
Kansas, to-wit: Lot 15 in
Hunter's Ridge, an Addition to the City of Eudora,
in Douglas County, Kansas, which property is levied on as the property of
the Defendants above
named and will be sold
without appraisement to
satisfy said Order of Sale.
