Notice is hereby given that the Edwardsville Planning Commission will hold a public
hearing on the 17th day of July, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as can be heard, at the Edwardsville City Hall, 690 South 4th Street, Edwardsville, KS 66111.

At said hearing all interested parties will be heard regarding a request for rezoning a
parcel of property (9525 Woodend Road), within the I-2, Industrial Hazard Zoning District to I-1 Industrial Non-Hazard Zoning District, on the following described tract:

Tract II, Woodend Road Industrial, a subdivision located in Wyandotte County, Kansas,
according to the recorded plat thereof.

This request was filed by David Harrison, Woodend Industrial I, LLC, Owner of Record.
