REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The City of Bonner Springs seeks proposals to be received in the City Clerk's Office,
P.O. Box 38, 205 East Second Street, Bonner Springs, KS 66012 no later than 2:00 p.m.,
Thursday, March 28, 2013 for design of the Filter Backwash Settling Tank Design Project to include:

- Prepare Construction Plans and Specifications for the construction of a 130,000 gallon open topped bolted steel glass-fused tank, tank foundation, inlet pipe from current
pressure filters, outlet decant pipe to river discharge, outlet drain pipe to sanitary
sewer and an adjustable depth decant system and automated valve and control system.
- Bid Services
- Permit Assistance
- Construction Management to include on-site visits as needed.
- Preliminary Engineering Study completed and is available for review.

Proposals received after 2 p.m. March 28, 2013 will not be considered. A full proposal
