NOTICE OF SALE

TO: THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS AND TO ALL PERSONS WHO ARE OR MAY BE CONCERNED:

Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Sale issued by the District Court of
Johnson County, Kansas in the above-captioned action, that I will on the 16th day of
January, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., offer for sale and sell at public auction to the highest and
best bidder for cash in hand, at the Johnson County Courthouse, 100 North Kansas Avenue, in the City of Olathe, Johnson County, Kansas, the following-described real estate,
in the order listed, to wit:

First: Lot 142, OXFORD MILLS SEVENTH PLAT, a subdivision in the City of Overland Park,
Johnson County, Kansas;

Second: Lot 38, HIGHLAND CREST, a subdivision in the City of Lenexa, Johnson County,
Kansas; and

Third: Lot 46, NORALEE ESTATES, a subdivision of Kansas City, Wyandotte County, Kansas,

This real estate is taken as the property of the defendant Timberview Construction LLC
and is directed by the Order of Sale to be sold; and will be sold without appraisement
to satisfy the Order of Sale.
