Crabtree, one of the heirs of Joe Crabtree, fka Ronnie Joe Crabtree, deceased, praying:
Descent be determined of the following described real estate situated in Wyandotte
County, Kansas: One half tenant in common interest:
The South one-half (1/2) of the South one-half (1/2) of the Southwest one-quarter (1/4)
of the Northeast one-quarter (1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11),
Range Twenty-three (23), less that part thereof used for road purposes.
and all personal property and other Kansas real estate owned by decedent at the time
of death. And that such property and all personal property and other Kansas real estate owned by the decedent at the time of death be assigned pursuant to the laws of
intestate succession.
You are required to file your written defenses thereto on or before June 3, 2013, at
1:30 p.m., in the City of Kansas City, in Wyandotte County, Kansas, at which time and
place the cause will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON
AMENDING THE 2012-13 BUDGET
The governing body of Unified School District 204 will meet on the 3rd day of
June, 2013 at 7:00 PM, at 2200 S. 138th Street, Bonner Springs, KS 66012 for the purpose

ORDINANCE NO. 2362 Summary
On May 13, 2013, the City of Bonner Springs, Kansas adopted Ordinance No. 2362 that
Amended Chapter XII Public Property, Article 4 Regulations, Section 12-409 Trees
Shrubs, Plants of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bonner Springs, Kansas to add
additional regulations for Shepherd Hooks in the Cemetery as follows: "Shepherd
hooks as of the effective date of May 16, 2013 shall be dark brown or black, made of
heavy metal, not to be more than five feet in height from ground level, shall only have
two hooks each with a maximum length of 15 inches, shall be perpendicular to the
ground and fully upright at all times and items displayed on them shall be not less
than three feet above the ground. One shepherd hook permitted for each full size
grave and one for each one-half size (baby) grave." A complete copy of this Ordinance

ORDINANCE NO. 2363 Summary
On May 13, 2013, the City of Bonner Springs, Kansas, adopted Ordinance No. 2363 that
defined and established Ward and Precincts in the City of Bonner Springs for Ward I
Precinct I, Ward II Precinct II, Ward III Precinct I and Ward IV Precincts I and II and repealed Ordinance No. 2011. The purpose of the Ordinance to redefine and establish
Ward and Precinct Boundaries was to achieve as equal City Council representation as
