HEARING

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on March 12, 2013, the
Baldwin City Planning Commission will hold a public
hearing at the Baldwin City
Library, 800 7th Street,
Baldwin City Kansas, at 7:00
P.M., to consider the following application:

CASE NO. 020113

Zone change filed by Ames
Street Properties LLC from
the "CP-2" Planned General
Commercial District to the
"RP-3" Planned Multi - Family Zoned District for property generally located at
the middle of the block between Ames Street and
Highway 56 on the west
side of First Street. A full
legal description of the
property is available for review in the office of the
Zoning Administrator during normal business hours.

As provided in the Baldwin
City Zoning Regulations,
the above application will
be discussed and considered by the Baldwin City
Planning Commission, and
all persons interested in
said matter will be heard at
this time concerning their
views and wishes; and all
matters concerning the request and presented at the
hearing will be considered
by the Commission. The
Planning Commission may
continue this matter to a
later date without additional notice.
