HEAD MECHANIC
OPENING
The Jefferson County Road Department is taking applications for Head Mechanic at the Oskaloosa Shop. Must be able to handle record keeping, have mechanic experience, preferably with diesel engines. Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid A or B Commercial Driver's License with air brakes, and be able to pass a physical examination, physical capacity, eye, hearing and drug test. Work will be under the supervision of the Equipment Manager.
Application forms may be obtained at the Jefferson County Road Department, 14991 94th St., Oskaloosa, Kansas, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Telephone Number (785) 863-2211. Applications will be accepted thru October 24, 2008.
