The Shelter, Inc. is seeking to hire a Foster Care Worker to provide services to foster families in our child welfare agency. The Foster Care Worker is responsible for recruitment, licensing, training, and support of the foster homes within The Shelter, Inc. Foster Care Program. The Foster Care Worker reports to the Family Services Supervisor. Must have Bachelor's degree in social work or other human services field and be licensed by the State of Kansas. Experience in child welfare and case management is beneficial. Must pass background checks, have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Salary is commensurate with experience.
