Responsible for 10 - 20 University of Kansas Dance Team members, organizing practices, game day and University events, teaching new and innovative techniques and routines. Conduct off-season camps.
Requires four year college degree and two years coaching experience including gymnastic and dance training. Previous work or volunteer experience in a position requiring creativity, innovation, discipline, motivation, responsibility, maturity and a positive attitude. Ability to work a flexible schedule nights and weekends. Ability to travel to away games as needed. AACCA certified within 6 months of hire. Prefer two years coaching at the collegiate level and experience coaching teams at National competition. AACCA certified.
