Provides academic services to participants & coordinates program activities; assists in developing tutorial program; offers college preparation; assists in career choices; assists in developing skill building workshops; develops campus visits to postsecondary schools; develops cultural & social activities; develops workshops to prepare for college entrance exams; assists in tracking the participants; assists in diagnostic testing; assists in counseling/advising.
Must have a B.A. degree in Education or related field in counseling, social work, administration is required.
Experience working with students from diverse background including low-income and first- generation.
