Coordinates with target schools to recruit & select students; coordinates all aspects of the Summer Bridge program; conducts diagnostic assessments; monitors participants; plans and conducts workshops; provides tutors; helps plan and oversee Billy Mills Summer Academy; assists in developing an orientation & training program for summer staff.
Must have three years of extensive experience in course & program planning & developing innovative programs for students required; must have M.S. or M.A. degree in Education or related field in counseling, social work & administration is required. Transcripts required.
