Customer Experience Supervisor/Trainer
Sunflower Broadband, a division of The World Company, is currently searching for a Customer Experience Supervisor /Trainer. The right candidate will be the lead trainer for the Customer Care Department as well as designing programs that help with the training. This position is also responsible for supervising/coaching the Customer Experience Specialist /Leads.
You will be responsible for monitoring calls; reviewing & correcting errors; analyzing the quality assurance data; identify ongoing needs for technical training & personal development classes for staff members; prepare training manuals, visual aids, & other educational materials.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred along with recent leadership experience in a call center environment & a minimum two yrs. customer service experience. The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office with strong oral & written communication skills; expert knowledge of RR billing system a plus; understand the principles of adult learning, classroom presentation & instructional design.
