Full-time Litigation Attorney position open with the Kansas Animal Health Department. Successful candidate will prosecute civil administrative cases pursuant to the Kansas Pet Animal Act and provide similar services to two other state agencies. Varied civil caseload. Litigation experience preferred; two years of legal experience required. Must be licensed in good standing in Kansas. Position to start immediately.
