6News Lawrence is looking for a television news producer who can write, edit and produce daily newscasts. We are looking for a strong writer with an understanding of developing powerful graphics, new technology and a desire to redefine television news coverage in Northeast Kansas. The right candidate will be working with members of the Lawrence Journal-World and the web. We want people who want to do local news and who understand the need for accuracy and fairness in our newscasts. A college degree is required, knowledge of AP style, and TV producing experience is preferred.
