Holiday Inn Express is looking for a proven maintenance professional responsible for the successful operation and maintenance of the hotel's plumbing, electrical systems, general equipment and grounds. Ensures proper execution of hotel's preventative and 78 room in-room maintenance programs.
Detail oriented and excellent communication skills required. Highly motivated and flexible. Qualified candidates will have a high understanding of plumbing, mechanical, electric work. Benefit package includes health/dental/life insurance, paid vacations, 401k.
