to provide clinical coordination and supervision of staff to ensure appropriate care and quality of service. The HH Team Manager will oversee case management through clinical coordination of team staff to ensure quality of care delivery in a fiscally responsible manner. Qualified applicant must have advanced degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree with suitable operational experience or other clinical health care professional with suitable operational experience, in good standing and able to meet all federal and state licensure requirements, experience with supervision and management of staff and minimum of three years experience in home health, public health, or health administration and progressive leadership /management responsibility in health care.
