Planned Parenthood of Kansas & Mid-Missouri (PPKM) has a tremendous opportunity available to provide reproductive services to the women of Missouri for a leading nonprofit organization. We are searching for a full-time, 37.5 hours, Clinic Manager for our Lawrence, Kansas clinic (located on 2108 W. 27th Street, Ste. J). This position is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervision and evaluation of all clinic staff, achieving high patient satisfaction and clinic productivity, and assuring compliance with policies and procedures. Additionally, the position directly contributes to the success of the agency through effective management of personnel, budgets and information systems.
MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma or GED.
• Two to three years previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to travel between clinics and administrative office.
• Computer skills and software experience with e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets and Internet use required.
• Commitment to efficient, customer-oriented provision of services.
• Understanding and strong personal commitment to the philosophy and goals of Planned Parenthood.
PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Undergraduate degree in Women's Health, or related field.
• Experience in business or health care management.
