Sunflower Broadband is looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join its Network Operations Center. This is a full time position responsible for administering, monitoring and maintaining the cable, data and telephone network. Provide technical support to field personnel. Provision, maintain, and support all telephony items.
The candidate must work well within a fast paced, small team environment.
Required Skills:
*Good knowledge of HFC system, from Head End to CPE.
*Understanding of telephony technology and systems.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
*Excellent knowledge of computers and specific computer software.
*Work well with little guidance in a very dynamic atmosphere.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
