Customer Advocate
Supervisor
Sunflower Broadband, a division of The World Company, is currently searching for a Customer Advocate Supervisor. The right candidate will be responsible for supervising/ coaching the Customer Care Advocates and to keep customers, both internal and external, best interest at the forefront.

You will be responsible for weekly one-on-one meetings; coaching and counseling Customer Care Advocates; monitoring calls; troubleshooting advanced technical issues; correcting errors; demonstrate commitment to forging the very best customer experience for Sunflower Broadband customers along with other duties.

Recent leadership experience (preferably in a call center environment) is a plus and a minimum two years customer service experience. The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office with strong oral and written communication skills; expert knowledge of RR billing system a plus;
