Supervisor
Sunflower Broadband, a division of The World Company, is currently searching for a Agency Experience Supervisor. The right candidate will have the ability to motivate participants of the Agency Program to sell Sunflower Broadband services within their apartment complexes.

You will be responsible for being the primary contact with the Agency Program participants; coordinate the order entry and reporting of all sales orders generated through the program; build relationships with leasing agents and tenants by coordinating sales incentives, contests and giveaways; responsible for marketing efforts; and ensuring all brochures and other customer communications are up to date when supplied to AP participants.

One or more years of supervisory experience is needed; ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent years of experience) is required. Strong knowledge of all Sunflower products and services along with proven sales and training experience is needed. The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office with strong oral and written communication skills; knowledge of RR billing system a plus;
