Do you have outstanding customer service skills & experience working in a customer service operation? We seek outstanding individuals to be financial aid advisors helping students, parents & families navigate the complex world of how to pay for college. Extensive training is provided at full pay.
To be successful in the position you must:
·Be numerate with excellent written & oral skills
·Have warmth, personality & genuinely enjoy helping others
·Be hardworking & able to work overtime during busy seasons
·Be outgoing & confident
·Have client relationship experience–especially in a call center environment
·Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, & Microsoft Outlook.
