CUSTOMER SERVICE
Sunflower Broadband is looking for the right person to be the newest member to our Customer Service Team. This person will work with our World Class Customer Service and Network Operations Teams to insure workflow accuracy and with our cherished Sunflower Broadband Customers to resolve billing and technical issues.
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
We are looking for a person with a minimum of 1 year of customer support experience. Experience should include working with a high -volume multi-tasking. The preferred candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong organizational skills and time management skills are also important for the successful candidate. High School diploma or GED required.
We are a 24x7x365 operation. Must be available for all shifts.
