SPECIALIST
Mediaphormedia, the online division of The World Company, has an immediate opening for a Customer Support Specialist. Specialist will provide customer service and technical support to software clients on a variety of issues related to their Marketplace website.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills; outstanding customer service experience; proficient in MS Office; strong organization skills; technical support experience helpful; and project management skills a plus.
