Fundraising and public relations firm seeking full-time administrative assistant to work in team-oriented environment. Duties include database management for numerous clients, mail-merge mailings, & clerical & receptionist tasks.
Requires strong organizational, communication, & computer skills. Must be dependable, detail oriented, self motivated, able to work independently, & handle multiple projects at the same time. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Adobe Acrobat preferred.
