Retention Specialist
The Office of Multicultural Affairs, the University of Kansas. Coordination of various components within the Hawk Link Program, an academic based retention program for first year students. Advising and monitoring academic planning and diversity programming work.
Required: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with one year of experience working with retention programs for students of color. Minimum 1 year experience and familiarity with cultural diversity programming, leadership development and promotion of equity issues.
Salary $28,000 - $32,000. Initial review of applications will begin November 17, 2009.
