The GCSAA Professional Development Department is looking for a self-directed individual with strong written and oral communication skills to join their team. This position will work with university and practitioner experts to provide materials for conference seminars, assist in reviewing the overall quality of the GCSAA seminar program and make recommendations for improvements. College degree in education or related field or equivalent experience is required. Experience in the adult education field and a minimum of 1-3 years experience in a professional office setting is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office/ PowerPoint also required. Candidates must be detail oriented and have a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment working on multiple, concurrent tasks.
