STRATEGIC PLANNER
Topeka Transit is seeking a professional strategic planner. Duties encompass all phases of service planning for both fixed route & paratransit operations. Ability to think on feet with strong analytical background. Able to develop & implement service initiatives, analyze ridership strategies through application of federal & state regulations. Key position that serves on management team & requires a BS in Planning or relevant degree. Experience in transit service planning and/or scheduling a plus.
