Assistant
CREW Network, a Lawrence based national association, is seeking a professional to provide clerical/administrative support for CREW Foundation. Responsibilities include assisting with the daily administrative operations of CREW Foundation: maintaining donor records and acknowledgements, preparing and editing minutes and other written documents, researching potential funders and drafting proposals, collecting data and compiling results, preparing PowerPoint presentations, updating the web site and performing other basic clerical duties as assigned.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines and complete assignments in a timely manner. Exceptional writing skills, editing, and proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications is required. Candidates must also be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and provide quality customer service.
Bachelor's degree required with demonstrated experience in an administrative position requiring detail written work. Attractive salary and good benefits. EOE.
