Generalist
The Lawrence Paper Company is currently seeking to fill the position of Personnel Generalist. The position will perform a variety of confidential clerical work supporting the Personnel Department.
The candidate must possess excellent computer skills, written & oral communication aptitude and the ability to interface with all levels of company personnel and walk-in traffic. The position will assist with Benefits, Workers Compensation and Safety administration. The position will be responsible for maintaining confidential personnel records, assisting with special projects, assisting with recruitment efforts and other general personnel duties as directed. The candidate must be able to handle multiple and changing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality is essential.
One to three years of Personnel general administration experience is required. The successful candidate must pass a post offer drug screen and physical.
