Head Start Director
The East Central Kansas Economic Opportunity Corporation (ECKAN), a not for profit Community Action Agency serving nine counties in eastern Kansas is seeking to fill the position of Head Start director to be based at our main corporate office in Ottawa, KS. ECKAN operates numerous Federal and State poverty fighting programs with annual revenues in excess of $7M. ECKAN's Head Start program serves 318 children ages 3-5, additionally the Early Head Start program serves 108 children ages 0-3, both programs operate classroom and home based options.
