ACCOUNTING
SPECIALIST
The Lawrence Journal- World has an immediate opening for an Accounting Specialist in our Business office. Responsible for accounts receivable collections, billing, cash reconciliation and general ledger activities.
Successful candidates must have college degree in accounting or accounting course work with two years accounting experience; experience with Great Plains and/or APT accounting software a plus; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); detail oriented; and strong communication skills.
