KU names Sheahon Zenger new athletic director
Kansas University has named Sheahon Zenger its next athletic director.
KU men's basketball scheduled to arrive in Topeka at approximately 7:30 p.m.
The Kansas University men's basketball team will fly out of Minneapolis at 6 p.m. Sunday. The team is scheduled to arrive at about 7:30 p.m. at Forbes Field in Topeka.
Taylor named Big 12 Rookie of the Week
Kansas freshman guard Tyshawn Taylor was named the Phillips 66 Big 12 Rookie of the Week on Monday, marking the second time in three weeks that Taylor has won the award and just the 14th time a Jayhawk has won it in the history of the Big 12.

The Kansas-Oklahoma football game scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 18, will be played at 2:30 p.m., KU officials announced Saturday. The game also will be televised on ABC.

Arthur investigation re-opened by school district
The Dallas Independent School District has re-opened an investigation into alleged improper grade changes for former Kansas University basketball player Darrell Arthur at South Oak Cliff High School, Dallas TV station WFAA reported Thursday.
