Lawrence man Walt Ohnesorge-Fick talks about being assaulted by James Jackson in 2001. Ohnesorge-Fick, who had been arrested on some minor property crimes, was introduced to Jackson by the court system through a victim offender rehabilitation program. Jackson, meanwhile, was out of bond after his arrest months prior for sexually assaulting two other boys.
